Hey guys,
My brother has made it his mission make make our family healthier and I don't hate him for it :) I've challenged myself to make it a point to eat very healthy and be mindful of what I put in my body.
Im still going to enjoy some wine & a beer here and there because you know, YOLO but I'm definitely cutting back.
It's been about 5 days now and I feel great!
Let's motivate each other to stay healthy.

Here are some of the recipes in this vlog:
organic Angel hair whole what or multigrain pasta
mushrooms, red & green peppers, onions,
steamed broccoli
tomato sauce ( try finding one that has minimal sugars & ingredients)
- boil the pasta
- steam the broccoli
-sauté the other veggies on a skillet with some EVO ( very small amount)
once everything is cooked mixed it together & add the sauce
Vegan banana & oatmeal " pancakes"
- 4 tbsp almond milk
- 2 ripe bananas ( mashed)
- pinch of cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
-mix all the ingredients together to make a batter
- grease a pan with a little bit of coconut oil and pour the mix like you would regular pancake batter.
-turn over periodically until they are brown and stay together nicely
